i have no idea i go to browse with a fil i have saved on my comptuer then it says that i dont have a vail extenstion does anyone know what i need to do

well, it depends on what you're trying to attach.
if it's a picture, all you have to do is right click the file, tell it to 'rename'
and when you enter whatever name, be sure to include like.
name.jpg or name.gif or name.png or name.bmp.
something like that.
if it's a text file. you need probably these two extensions.
either name.doc or name.txt.
excel file?
name.exe
easy stuff. not that hard.
