eBay has made a policy decision not to allow access to the Mature Audiences category outside the US. This restriction applies to browsing, bidding and selling.
This decision has been taken due to laws that restrict the sale of pornography over the Internet. Often, these laws are more restrictive than those in the US and vary substantially from country to country, while often being unclear. To avoid potential legal exposure for our members and out of respect for laws regulating such material, we have implemented this policy.
We do know that in some countries access to at least some material of this nature may be lawful, however eBay is unable to block access to the Mature Audiences category on a country by country basis. Therefore, to avoid potential legal exposure for our members and out of respect for laws regulating such material, we have implemented this policy.
In the event that the laws in this area become more clear and as we become better able to handle such materials on a country by country basis, eBay may ease this restriction.

Sorry about that, didn't know. It's a copy of the May 1987 issue of Playboy. NORMALLY it can be had on ebay for a couple bucks or from a dealer for about $10. The opening bid on this auction is $4,000.
