How do I...?

There's this really funny podcast, with Arnold Schwarzenegger, called Pizza Delivery. I really want it on my iPod, but there's something really annoying - I can't get it on there! Does anyone know how I get it from the internet to my iPod? (If you want to know what it sounds like, go on g o o g l e and type in Arnold's Pizza. It's the 4th one down. It's also on y o u t u b e[I have to put spaces in there, just in case it won't allow the names.] It's really annoying me!) Please help! 😄
