What do you do to take your mind off shit?

Well, what do you do?

When you get home from a long, shitty day at work, how do you distract yourself and unwind?

When you fail 3 finals in school, how do you take your mind off of your failures?

When your significant other/parent/friend, etc. are upset with you, what do you do to ignore them for the time being?

You get the idea, have at it.
