4 years ago there was a theft in one of the US goverment research facilities. A number of highly valuable things remained untouched as the only thing that they seemed to try take was a lethal chemical that by the goverment would be called 'Chemical XYC', a chemical that was put in use both to biological weapons, as well as the goverment attempts to cloning.
Only recently a number of subtle attacks were made trough the world, in pretty much the same way as the theft of Chemical XYC. The fact that these thefts are related to the theft of 'Chemical XYC' is no doubt. The goverment after the theft feared for the safety of the nation as well as the world. The attacks were made all over the world and like 4 years ago, only certain chemicals were stolen. In fear, the goverment decides to gather the best soldiers in the world.
After having a meeting with the 'United Nations', they all agreed to forge the newest and most lethal special force known to man. Lead by the US goverment, Project Chronos was commenced. The combination of the worlds best soldiers in one single squad. Everything to destroy the threat that could rise.
However, their clues of what to look for and how large of a threat the theft was, was unknown. Unknown until recently.
Project Chronos is a modern time Special Force RP.
Basicly this RP is about a large threat of terrorism, where clues will be providen trough the RP. The special force is build to focus on one single foe, and that is the foe that was to blame for all the thefts around the world. Theft of lethal and powerful chemicals.
You will be a soldier from any country in the world and you will be the best at what you do. Side by side you will fight the rising threat of the world. The RP takes place a few years into the future, around the year 2012. This year is chosen by me to make me able to give you advance technology that the world yet has not seen []

Biography: The average man in the average country. A daily life when it doesn't come to his work. His work as a law enforcer. He lives alone and he has no close family. His work and training has trough his life made him a loner. He has few friends, single and the little family he has lives in distant cities and maybe even countries.
Military Merits: Former member of SSOU, a swedish elite team whic is specialised in special operations that require a little above what normal swat and such can provide. His merits are few but impressive, as he have lead a number of squads into victory at various hostage and bomb episodes. At one point he stopped a number of hostiles while they were hijacking a train, while unarmed and plain mind and muscles. Thinks before he acts but acts before he asks.

Special abilities: Terrain and Urban with obstacles is the very best area for Thomas to work in. His strength and stamina makes him capable of running a long time, even though terrain and obstacles get in his way. He can swiftly move over one object and the other, even when he carries his big gun. While unarmed, long distance running is one of the feats that he has.

Biography:
Alice is a bubbly young girl. Excitable by nature, she likes to play and enjoy life, not letting negative things get her down. She can appear very childish at times, and can come off as rather foolish by her actions, but in general she is just a nice girl who wants to have a good time. However do not let this surface of her fool you, as when it all comes to the core and what is important, you find few as effective as her on the battlefield. She is a girl that put her trust in others far too quickly and can rely on anyone that she have had the pleasure of talking to for a matter of minutes. Some call her naive, while other call her simply talkative and shameless. She however believe in trust providen by friendship and would not fail a promise to a friend even if her life was at stake.
Military Merits:
Her young age gives the quick impression that she has not had the time to join any special forces yet. Her talents are impressive though and she was taken into Project Chronos due her extreme test-results and her abilites trough combat training. She has only been on a few missions before, but that was with simple task force units, working with robbery, theft and such. Project Chronos is her first real special force unit. Inexperienced, but skilled in her own ways.

Alice's surface of being full with life is nothing but a mere shell. She can hold her breath for a long time, meaning she is your girl if you are going diving without equipment. She is an extremely talented swimmer and she can run rather quick. She is not at all very strong, but she often consider her speed to compensate that. Watch out, as this girl is on fire. Her mind does not work in the most strategical of ways but she is very good at taking orders.

Special Ability: Very good instinct when it comes to survival
Biography: Generally, Richard Garrison is a stuck up snob, who only cares about survival. During the Iraq, Richard was a Royal Marine for the British army. It is unknown why, but Richard had left the Royal Marines, and became a freedom fighter in the Iraq war. Richard is moderately strong, but he can hold his looted L85 straight. He is very hot headed, and is extremely bad at following orders.
Military merits: Richard had graduated from the university of Bradford in the UK, and was soon drafted into the military to fight in Iran. After watching the U.S., and the British army be defeated so easily, Richard deserted the marines.

Biography:Tim's dad was a pilot. Not like in the military but he was rich and took it up as a hobby. He had several airplanes and flew them around all the time taking his young son Tim along with him. Tim was never crazy about flying whether it was airplanes or helicopters, but he was born with the natural skill. Flying far better than his father as soon as he started. Once he hit 18 he went off to join the military, becoming a marine rifleman. He soon found he wasn't cut out for it though, his aim was horrible at far distances unless he had a pistol, and that didn't do much damage at far range. So he decided to resign from his job and went back home, where his dad was all to eager to convince him to become a pilot. Eventually Tim gave in and became a top pilot for the military, efficient with all forms of air vehicles.
Military Merits:He has no current merits in the military.

The male villain is a set character with an already made story and profile. You would in that case have to go with that, as well as consider the fact that you would not be pariticpating much in the story. He will be reoccuring in the plot, but not often
So I advice you to stick with your own, for your own sake of entertainment

I am not sure what to do of that rule. I knew that if I did not put a limit then we would have a pack of snipers and stealth soldiers running around and that would not be the most effective special force during these conditions

Biography: Mary was extremely interested in serving her country via means of the American government from a very young age, which her mother found rather odd. Her mother typically hated the government, and warned against it. But without heeding her words, she eventually joined the military. Initially working as an low-level intelligence gatherer via bugging and the like for the army. After she submitted further work, she impressed the right people, who suggested her to work for the special operations group of the U.S. Army, the Intelligence Support Activity. She dedicated a year of training and two additional years to them before being referred to a more clandestine, and less known organization within the government.
Her first huge assignment came in from the United States Special Collections Service, an intelligence group inside the Central Security Service. During her duty with the SCS, she completed several Black Bag operations, as well as various black operations. However, after being in the company of the SCS for nearly three years, she resigned from her service with the United States government entirely. After which, she was contacted by and came to a terms of agreement with the chief intelligence agency of South Korea, the National Intelligence Service. Whom she has currently been working for the past two years as an elite espionage agent.
