WoW, definately.
You should only choose lineage 2 if you only have interest in grinding and nothing else. That's pretty much the only way to lvl in that game.
WoW has got a good variety of things to do, you can grind if you want, or do quests to gain lvls. Play solo, or group. PVP or PVE, lots of options.
