Help me...I'm having trouble building my Ragnarok private server

Hello everyone...i have done my RO private server but i face 3 problem in completing it

Firstly,the language for all the equipment- i cant understand it at all

e.g. Brisingamen :Z ovtvmwzib mvxpozxv dlimyv, gsvtlwv lu yvzfgb

if i must download something,please tell me the URL

Secondly,i am having trouble to identify the NPC sprite id so anybody have the website address please tell me the solution

Thirdly, all monster at einbroch look all the same as dark priest
i know i dont have the sprite,so i wanna ask you guys if you guys know
where can i download the sprite

by the way,my emulator is eAthena
i'm not allowed to post into their forum.i dont know why

anybody please help me
