Sengoku Basara/Devil Kings: Reaper

 Sengoku Basara/Devil Kings: Reaper

I looked in the database and saw that they took out the Reaper in Devil Kings as a playable character. Why did he have to be non-playable, he's a popular character in Samurai Warriors considering that his true identity is Mitsuhide Akechi. The game lets the player start out with Nobunaga but to take the reaper out as a playable chacter was ridiculous and they did this in Sengoku Basara 3 although he is playable in Utage. Why couldn't he be an unlockable character in the US games? They did it in Japan, why not the U.S?
