Sonic Mega Collection Plus: Super Sonic in game gear games

 Sonic Mega Collection Plus: Super Sonic in game gear games

Now I know that Sonic can transform into Super Sonic in Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Sonic 3 and Knuckles(of course Hyper Sonic as well) at any level once he gets all 7 chaos emeralds and 50 rings(and for S3K, all 7 Super Emeralds for Hyper Sonic) but is their any of the other game gear games by which Sonic could transform to Super Sonic at any level upon getting the C.E's? The closest I've seen Super Sonic in the game gear games is in Sonic Blast where he completes the stage and a picture of Super Sonic can appear on the sign at random when the player completes the stage. Any luck?
