We've got a new trailer showcasing enemies and gameplay. The fighting looks much faster than previous Dark Souls, but not as hectic as Bloodborne just yet. The release date will be 2016
Badass looking boss. That surprised the hell out of me. I'd actually advise you guys against watching that video. I kind of wish I could have experienced that for myself.
Disappointment how? Seemed like more of the same to me, which isn't necessarily a bad thing..

Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
The loose and floating feel of the controls vs DS1. The wonky and illogical level design which seemed to somehow overlap other levels. The availability of certain upgrade materials until much later in the game. The off timing of backstabs and parries with NPCs. Too many stats which overlap each other when you level up. Poise is broken. Stamina get used too quickly and regenerates too slowly compared to DS1.
DS1 has tighter controls. DS1 levels all are logical and continuous, except for the DLC and Painted World. Anor Londo and the Duke's Archives are semi-detached. I can get all materials and embers for a +15 weapon in DS1 before the Gargoyles, Taurus Demon and Queelag. I feel backstanbs and parries have better timing and windows of use in DS1 (though backstabs are a bit too easy). The stats in DS1 are clearer and more logical. Poise works much better in DS1 without hyper-armor. Stamina depletion and regeneration is superior imo in DS1.
