ok this is a no brainer...
Ichigo would win, and thats not beacuse I dislike Inyuyasha very much... But soul reapers, Death Gods, (what ever you like to call them) can only be hurt by a zanpaku-to (I believe that is the correct spelling)
but do you mean IF inyuyasha could attack him who would win? deffinately Ichigo still.
