Toguro was capable of easily lifting an arena that easily weighed 100 tons and carrying it miles away to a different arena, and this is while at 20-30%. At 60% he destroyed a parking garage in seconds by kicking all of its support beams. At 100%, he just eats Naruto's soul.

I believe 4 tails could take Toguro at 100 percent. I don't think Toguro has the power to harm or at the least put down Naruto with the four tails. I think Toguro could beat 1 tail Naurto but 4 tails would be to much for him to handle.

funny though. u dont think sasuke can do it when urochimaru himself said that even though the 4 tails was strong, naruto, still had a way to go before catching upto sasuke.
Toguro at 80% took a Rei Gun that destroyed a good portion of an island, said Rei gun sent Toguro a mile or two, and Toguro was uninjured. Toguro also has a healing factor as well. At 20-30% Toguro could lift an arena that was easily 100 tons on his back, and walk a few miles to another arena with it. Togurp at 1% punched at Yusuke from 10-20 feet away, and ripped Yusuke's shirt. Toguro is faster than Genkai, who casually ran thru a forest near instantly, said forest was about the same size as the one in the Chunin Arc. Toguro murks him.

I thought he said that when Naruto had only released 3 tails. Didn't he ?
As for the match-up, I would go with Toguro. I admit that it wouldn't be extremely easy for him to beat down Naruto at 4 tails, especially since his skin at that level is quite difficult to pentrate, however there are a few things that I would like to point out. People seem to be taking Naruto's chakra blast, which really only blew down several rows of thick trees in a forest, as leveling an entire landscape. During Yusuke's fight with Toguro, he did about as much damage with his spirit gun, which blew through one of the stadium's thick walls, and went through an entire area of forest on the island.
Considering that Yusuke and Toguro were almost evenly matched in power during that point (as Yusuke was probably just a tad bit above Toguro's level), I think that it has grounds to show that he can survive Naruto's chakra blast. And, even if he couldn't, he could always dodge it, since it takes him awhile to charge it up (making it easy to see the attack coming), and since he only seems to be able to shoot it out in a straight line/path (since it is proven that Toguro is quite fast; far faster than he looks, at any rate). He would need to release all of his power to take down Naruto, but I could definitely see him doing it.
Also, if any of you remember episode 106 of YYH, Yomi did that same amount of damage to a forest, that Naruto did with his huge chakra blast with 4 tails of Kyuubi released, simply just by kicking his son. Although its true that he was an S class demon, it showed that a feat like that was just childs play to him (since he literally was sort of toying around with his son ). I would suspect that if doing something on that level is nothing to an S class demon, then it may at least be something on the level of a B class demon, and Toguro was classed at a ranking of B+ .
Even assuming the Spirit gun penetrates the chakra armor (Which i don't think it would), are you forgetting the regenerating factor?
I doubt he would survive it, even Orochimaru said he wouldn't be able to survive it, and he didn't even break a bone when tsunade spends like 2 minutes pounding on him. Plus i wouldn't imagine it takes more than a few seconds to charge up and fire.
He is stronger than Tsunade?? Really? Tsuande is stronger that Sakura, and her punches are like earthquakes, Much more than Toguro did to the floor when he fought Genkai

No it was not, it was 20ft wide at most, i just watch the video in the Toguro vs Sasuke thread, it's about double his height wide around him, so unless he's 20ft tall.....
And that's still less that Sakura, never mind Tsunade, Sasuke & Naruto's second test vs kakashi she punches the floor, and unlike Toguro she didn't leaping at in a pound, just hit the floor and completely demolised the training area, that's easily a 6ft radius, and far more damage was done, the entire thing was uneven and smashed
Tsunade only punched Orochimaru once and she broke his jaw.
Comparing this to this , I would definitely have to say Toguro punch is more impressive. His punch was much deeper and did more than just shatter the earth around him. Heck, Yusuke's punch was almost as powerful as Sakura's there. And this is all around when Toguro is only at 80% power.
