I like all three but I voted for Ninja Scroll. Great story, great characters, the atmosphere is intoxicating, and it never gets old.

Yep, same here. I also use these movies to introduce my friends to anime or in the case of ones who are somewhat familiar already to more anime.

Ninja Scroll has the best story
Fist of The North Star has the best fights/violence
Street Fighter II has the best music
The animation in all movies is great better than modern animes
