Not bad, good textured backgrounds, but you could maybe put some text or a logo or something over the top of the background to give it anohter layer.

Pretty good sig, the only recommendation I can give is stay away from those techy designs they can really go bad if you don't have the right skill (thats why I never make tech sigs) and leave a choppy kind of look.
