Well. It's a few cropped pictures with text on top. I can't see the 2nd one. Most people wouldn't actually call it a signature. Don't take it the wrong way, I'm not saying it as a slight...just as a frank assessment. But at least you can say you make your own now, which I realize can be a small thrill, regardless of the quality. Look at others' stuff, read tutorials, get better programs, etc. if you're interested in improving.
Well, I see you discovered the photo negative and/or glow features on your program.
What program are you using?
It does something, which I guess is a step up. But it's still disjointed pics cropped and pasted together with a grainy filter over them.
Also, you're saving them as .gif files. Use .jpg files if possible. Generally jpg's are higher quality.
...
Again, don't take this negatively. It's constructive criticism. But you won't get major improvement from one sig to the next. It'll come in increments as you make more and more and attempt to implement new techniques.

Not too shabby. Much better then what I could do when I first started making sigs. As Digi said, keep practicing, and also read up on tutorials. Youtube has some good ones.
