Hellboy would just whip out the Good Samaritan and severely cripple the Thing. Also, Hellboy has superior speed and agility to the Thing. I would give that one to Hellboy, after a very close battle. I mean, Hellboy is the son of Satan for crying out loud! he could defeat Thing.
