They don't necessarily have a chance, unless in a What if continuum, where Dorammu was considered a match for Eternity and it took Dr. Strange to make the difference.
Time travel, etc. will not be a problem for these two entities.

Eternity takes a crap the size of a galaxy on them while Tribunal laughs his ass off. Come on, are you serious? Franklin will MAYBE some day be able to stand up to a Galactus-level being, and Legion got murdered in a desert when he stabbed Bishop in the chest with a psychic knife and got caught in a backfeed loop.

LT would bend frankie on his knee and spank the reality out of him and send him hime crying to sure. as for legion, he would get trappend in a time loop forever making him even more crazy. LT alone could obliterate them let alone beyonder. sure frankie can warp reality but what if LT dewarps it and blinks framkie out of existence?

Since when did Franklin's powers of manipulating reality reach
a level that he can challenge a Cosmic being?
Molecule Man and Silver Surfer can manipulate atoms, but that
doesn't mean they can manipulate the atomic structure of
Galactus or a Celestial.
