Abomination. Neither of the 3 can do anything to him. He wins, easy.
Blade dies first, then Captain America (though he goes valiantly). The Punisher on the other hand notices that his Semtex explosives and armor piercing rounds are doing nada to the Abomination, and he WISELY gets in his van and drives far far away.
The Abomination then turns its puny mind towards finding the Hulk.

I don't know how any of them could actually hurt him, and trying hand-to-hand is just crazy. No member of the trio could endure against him ala when using the "bob and weave" method.
