Are we talking in or out of the matrix. If it was in then agent smith would win (i asume u mean the 'unplugged' smith). Smith as the agility of neo and he can fly. Im sorry but watever u say borg cant fly and smith would just punch them and head goes bye bye

probably but smith cant die so ergo endless battle. He only died by a computer virus sent from within him. So unless the borg want to kill themselves to a bad idea.

Err, Borg shields can only adapt to energy based weapons, lol. You remember in First Contact, when Data n Worf beat the crap out of them?
Plus, in the Matrix, Smith has near unlimited speed and strength. It doesn't matter if it's fifty Borg or Fifty Billion Borg, he could take them out easily.
