i think zod wins this. they're both pretty much the same except ultraman gets more powerful with kryptonite and he's evil and ruthless. zod, although vulnerable to kryptonite, is also evil and ruthless except he's also a general in the kryptonian military so he knows how to fight

zod is just as ruthless and evil except he's worked his way through the ranks in the military all the way up to general. think about everything that comes from that in terms of fighting.
