Symbiotes easily.
Blackcat is argueably equal to both females in terms of skills and she was nothing compared to Carnage in the Venom vs. Carnage series.
What are the girls going to do to actually hurt the symbiotes.

I think that most likely the symbiotes will win but there is a chance that realisticly carnage and venom would go after each other meanwhile black cat who i think knows the symbiotes weakness to fire and sonics, would inform the other girls and they would go looking for weapons
