Prep time would help the good guys, and they might be able to cook something up...
But I have to believe that Dormammu would cook something of his own as a defensive strategy...I also don't know what exactly the good guys would "cook up" And Tyrant (at birth no less) is too much of a power.
Dormammu will guard against any possible mystical/magical/telepathic/etc. trickery and Tyrant will just beat them down. Without Dor. or wit current Tyrant instead of original they might have a shot...but as it is, I don't see it happening.

and Dormammu man now no way they gonna do shit.
two uber powerful vs GL corp(who D beated up)
plus bunch of JLA lol who are at thor's and lower level gonna battle tyrant a birth?
even the might of the entire skyfather will not bring him down.
and it's already been deabted tha ODin alone can almost if not beat JLA
