yup predator would win just cause all the explosiuves he has and venom cant take to much of that and if he looses he will just blow him and venom up wit the nuclear bomb on his arm
Ya see Pred head is gonna try and stalk-kill Venom which isnt gonna work hence Venom's up on that, Pred head's biggest thing hes got going for him is his sholder hyper mini cannon. I think if Venon misses the first shot and knows where its comin from it comes down to a freak fight which Venom will win.

Venom is faster than spiderman.
In fact, he was so fast that spider sense couldn't keep up with him.
He is easily stronger than spiderman.
He can fight way better since Eddie Brock worked out and was a decent fighter before he got the symbiote.
He can dodge any speed of sound shot and get to predator before predator can think of a counter attack.
One hit from venom.
Especially, new venom with the upgrades. He would curbstomp predator and laugh at him.

wait... venom faster than spidey? Since when? Even after his upgrades, hes still the same speed, which is slower... and faster than a spidey sense? I didnt think that was possible... venom's always been able to go "under the radar" because his suit was once attached to parker.
now, back to business.... sure, venom's got camo... so does pred. Pred can see in diff, spectrums, venom has spidey sense. Pred has insane lock-on technology, weapons that are faster than the speed of sound, most of which produce incredible mounts of heat. Pred wins.
Venom has always been both faster and stronger then Spider-man.
Oh, just a little hint: almost every modern projectile is faster then sound! For christsakes it's hardly a big deal; characters like Batgirl and Shang Chi (both are as physically impressive as Venom) have dodged bullets after they have left the chamber... even Typhoid Mary has caught bullets. At the very least Venom will be able to dodge the Preds projectiles.

No, spidey isn't faster he is just way way smarter.
He is lucky too.
If Venom were a better fighter/smarter fighter he could easily tear spiderman apart.
