Not really , that was the 8th day juggernaut. Thor was not able to stop him. He's defeated when two mysterious women, who draw their powers from Cyttorak, arrive and leave with Juggy
dude, the one you are talking of is Thor #411-412. Thor was sick than.
Thor experiences a wave of nausea and weakness that had been plaguing him of late. He grew so weak. Even with that disadvantage, Thor held his own well.
This is issue 429. This is where Thor won.
ah ur right, this is the fight where juggernaut beats the crap outta thor. juggernaut then gets his hands stuck in mjolnir's bands, thor then throws his hammer into space, and mjolnir, juggernaut land on a meteor. mjolnir goes back to thor.
like i said before the only way thor can win, is by ring out like he did both fights before with juggernaut. Juggernaut was beating the crap outta thor. and if this fight has no ring outs, then thor is toast.
They did fight again in Thor 17 vol 2 and juggernaut trashed thor with little effort. although i think an outside force was subconsciously tapping into his near-unlimited potential power making him even stronger than usual.
Savagerampage you must have a different edition of thor#429 from myself there is no way the juggernaut smacks thor around if anything it's the other way once thor uses the magic of mjolnir to remove juggy's forcefield he pounds on him (in a way i haven't ever seen the hulk do with the exception of warhulk who only gained his extra powers through apocalypse)if his hammer hadn't had to return afer 1minute the big J looked as though he was taking a fall.I do admit that juggy full powered against thor is a helluva fight though and yes i think the one way thor would be certain of claiming a victory is battlefield removal.
