I Think the Heroes Reborn Long-Haired hulk is the strongest actually cuz he is definitely the biggest. In Heroes Reborn the Return Bannerless Hulk came to the HR universe to right HR long-haired hulk and HR Long-haired hulk was beating the snot out of him.
