Spider-Man, Storm, Colossus, Omega Red, Venom, Iceman, Rogue, Jean, Lizard.
FFA is kind of a toss up. Iceman and Storm seal the deal for the X-Men though. If they could take Storm out quickly, then maybe they'd have a chance...but Bobby is still one heckuva challenge.

jean puts up a sheild around the x-men and allows temporary windows for iceman and cylops to shoot out while storm reigns lightning upon their heads. it's over in 15 minutes and it looks like a bdz battlefeild by the end of it. x-men for sure.
