Depends which hyperstorm. THere have been various versions of him in Exiles, but I think the more powerful one was from the DOFP timeline (son of Frankie and Rachel)

Hyperstorm has the ability to tap into hyper space only Galactus could stop him. Galactus actually kept Him alive since the power to tap into hyperspace would give Him and endless supply of enegry to feast upon. and what is the DOFP timeline if i may ask?
