Interesting, the battle of the spidergirls.
Let's see. Spider-girl has the same powers as Spider-man, plus the ability to make other things get stuck to surfaces and intensive martial arts training from the likes of Elektra and the Lady Hawks.
Araņa has some kind of extradimensional symbiote called the Hunter and has these bladed disk weapon things. I'm not sure who is stronger.
Also, in what timeline does the fight take place? Does Mayday travel back in time to the current time when she is unexperienced, or does this fight take place when Anya is all grown up and has had more years of experience?
(Also of note Spider-girl recently beat Normie possesed by the future version of the Venom symbiote but it was a very near thing and probably couldn't have done it without the help she received from Normie on the inside.)
