I think you meant to say robin has a chance of beating Batman.
Anyway, Robin does have a chance.(assuming we're talkin' about Dick)
He is naturally more agile then Bruce.
One of the few none facts about Robin.
He has been trained by Batman so Batman knows the stuff he taught Robin, but he can't read Robin's mind.
The student can actually defeat the master at times.
It is highly unlikely though, but Robin does have a shot.
Don't believe me check out Robin's and Bruce's stats.
Then, ask yourself,
Robin has been away from Bruce for some time and learned alot of new tricks and he does know Bruce's way of thinking and how Bruce reacts to most things.
He has been training even harder to establish his own identity away from just being Batman's sidekick, so naturally, he'd train harder and develope new techniques(as with any striving ex-pupil).
All this being said, Batman still wins 7/10.
