It depends. If Vision fights Thor hand-to-hand at full density, he wins. If Vision fights Thor handa-to-hand trying to be quick, not at full density, he loses. If he tries to fly around and blast him and such, he's gonna get hit by Thor's lightning.

Can Vision get dense enough to lift Thor's hammer. Before you can really beat Thor you gotta be able to lift his hammer. Then you need like Immortality to have enough time to become a great a warrior as him.
Vision is kinda a cool immortal though.
Great battle
I just checked though and vision can only get dimanond hard. Thor might make a really nice ring out of him.

No dude, Vision can get so dense that he weighs 90 tons, and at that density can lift almost 3 times as much as he weighs, which is almost 270 tons!
