Hmmmmmm Cosmic I dont think so. Terrax cannot manipulate Hulks radiation like Surfer can.
Hulks healing factor and raw power might give him a victory. Thats if Hulk can stay away from his axe.

yerrax is durable enuff to go blow for blow but his blows might be slightly less effective, but if all else fails he can just do what he did to Iron Man in contest of champions and drop a rock the size of manhattan on him. and even if he gets back up just do it over and over agin until he stops moving

that would be ineffective against hul who would grow strong enough to shatter rocks like that with ease. hulk in a brawl, terrax needs something else. remember i cant think of anything ever killing hulk , or being close to it, he heals to well, if written properly
