if it's normal krona, Exiles Hyperion wins. If it's JLA/Avengers Krona, they will stalemate for a really really long time but eventually Krona would win.
Krona is the detentor of the energy of any single universe he destroyed in his quest for the knowledge of how a universe born.
Hyperion was a powerful megalomaniac that got his neck snapped from Gladiator.
Krona blasted to death the Grand Master and Galactus with few hits, he'll make Hyperion his slave.
I obviously know nothing about Krona other than his super strength, speed, durabilty, telepathy, power mimicry and shields. Which isn't weak by any standard, but what happend to make him so friggin uber?
