Not likely. Luthor has an enemy with an easily exploitable weakness that still lives to this day. DD and Spidey would kick his a$$ too. Unlike the Kingpin, Lex can't put up much of a fight. He'd probably just surrender and get punched in the face by DD or slapped into KO land by Spidey. DD'd beat Lex into a coma, as would Kingpin. As for the mastermind thing, Kingpin just gets Lex bumped off by Bullseye.

bullseye would come for lex and either get (a) slaughtered by whatever protection lex would have planned all around him, OR (b) he would simply give bullseye about 1000x the $ kingpin paid him and send bullseye to kill kingpin! kingpin is cool and all, but geez, come on . . .
Kingpin is a minnow comparred to a shark like Luthor.Kingpin doesnt have the resources or the technical know-how Lex does doesnt take on the caliber of opponent he does and if KP hires Bullseye Lex could out-do him with Deathstroke

i'll agree if this is a straight up brawl, kp takes it. but that's not the kind of battle these 2 would wage. fisk might win an actual physical confrontation, but that is the ONLY confrontation he would win between them.
