so who wins this? is QS fast enough to land hits between NC's jumps? only rule is Nightcrawler can not teleport out.

I agree. Nightcrawler may be able to teleport, but Quicksilver can react so much quicker than Kurt could ever imagine. Quicksilver would be all over Nightcrawler until he went down.
Which wouldn't take too long at all really.
