I would say Spiderman, as he usually has been creamed by carnage, but not when he is mad, (carnage in silver surfer, or the new carnage that killed gwen stacey), in his symbiote, he should take more, create stronger webbing, and absorb some stronger damage, but carnage whooped brock, but not necessarily SM spidey.

Yes, but this is symbiot spiderman, he is beyond his own powers, he would have trouble with carnage but his better abiliteis, allow him to outsmart the crimson freak, but spidey could very well lose.
