None of these are a challange for Superman alone.The closest you get is Magneto going with the recent comic with Dr.Polaris but then only if you forget Superman was never actually trying to fight him at all

Against Shield simply tear through the facility at sper speeds and make swiss cheese of the whole place
Kryptonite also takes time to wear away at Supermans abilties.Bats had to use it against Superman not long ago hits with a bunch of sonics with the ring out and punches him a bunch of times until he was afraid his hands would break then hits him with the eldcrtical grid of Metropolis and Sups still came tearing through the street ready to hit him with a car
This topic is just a matter of feats that just arent challanging to peak super-heros and wouldnt be much different if it was Captain Marvel Silver Surfer A Green Lantern or Thor
