Good match. Tough to say, but if I had to name one, I'd say Blade. He's used to fighting vampires (not usually as formidable as Selene though), while she is used to dealing with lycans.
Plus, Blade has more experience hand-to-hand. It could go either way though.

Blade , i recently watched underworld and found it very disappointing the vampires are hardly powerful they seem to be able to jump very far but have hardly any enhanced strengh ....blade cuts her head off in one quick strike
