Somebody did this awhile ago...anyway even though everyone says that Wolverine would own Gambit,he has a good chance.
1.He can fight from a distance
2.They fought before and they show that he is faster(his reflexes are so good that he can block blasts with his staff at mid range)
3.He tends to use his mind in battles rather than ferocity(the reason why Wolverine has lost to people in the past)
4.He's good at exploiting Wolverine's weaknesses
5.His attacks have been shown to hurt even Colossus,so imagine what it could do to Wolvie at full strength
Now i'm not saying Gambit would own,i'm saying that they both have a good chance of winning
