The way D is been written in recent years, and without his omega effect the result is going to be two.
Either he does a badass match like he did against Orion ( Orion#5 ) and can win or lose. ( i give the nod to Herc, like Orion he seems more skilled in these kind of matches and stronger ).
Or he does a chumpy match like everytime he faces someone with a blue suit and loses. Badly.
