Uh...Batarangs, grappling hook, stun gun, maybe a dozen small gas grenades, communication device, tracking device, rope/wire, laser (for cutting glass or something), a laser-heater thing, and exstinguishing grenades (for fire). Oh, and of course. Shark-repellent. I'm just kidding.

In all honesty, he could probably make a cure for cancer if he REALLY wanted to. But uh...I suppose he could make Batarangs of PURE ENERGY. Yes.

this is too long i hate batman so the bat loses all the fight
and he flies to his cave and sleeps upside down

clothes, cape, bat symbol, boots, cowl, ... lol... a few battarangs, grappler, a couple smoke bombs, knockout gas?, bat-car keys, swiss army knife (he really should have one), possibly a gas mask, a few explosives
