Hard to say.. Kenshin's samurai with a great deal of skill

Anyways, i believe Kenshin would win. He's fast enough to dodge Gatts' sword and those bow arrows. Since Kenshin is Superhuman, he can just teleport behind gatts and slice him in two. :/
