If you kill X with Cyttorak and Thor's magic? Of course she could. And once on this level, I doubt X's mental prowess will mean shit. There's too many telepaths to counter this out of X's range. In fact, all she needs to do is strip the magic.

If he's fighting all of DC earth that includes good and bad guys you can have people like Circe, Zatanna, and Dr. Fate(not to mentioned countless other magical based characters) work him from the magic angle. While MM and all the telepaths work him from the mind also PlasticMan is immune to his telepathic powers. While all these angles are covered he'll be getting pounded by the likes of Superman, Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel, Power Girl, etc. Now with Thor 's hammer he will likely put a hurting on the ones who are weak against magic but he most likely won't have time to do so with so many people and he definitely won't be holding onto it for long and then someone like Wonder Woman can grab it and really bring the pain.
superman and zantanna could beat him. zatanna would say "pots" freezing X, and supes would just fly him to the sun and let him burn for all eternity, and take the hammer. and if u say that he couldn't lift the hammer, if wonderwoman could, so could supes.
Too many things wrong with just about every post that says x would loose.
1. superman wouldn't just immediately think "Oh fly him into the sun!Ah Ha!"
Superman would think"Oh I will overpower him with my brute physical abilities!"
This results in superman getting the hell knocked out of him and oing no harm to x who has the invulnerability of juggernaut with the hammer of thor and the smart of a startegic combat/intellectual mastermind.
Plus, with his powers, proffesor x could probably tap into way more of cytorakk's power than cain could and become stronger or use his telekpathic powers to momentarily distract superman long enough to give him a swift superpowered hit with a little thing I like to call the magical hammer that can kill him.
Plus, Professor X would more so outthink superman cause even though superman is suppoes to be all I can think and react faster than you, he seems to always not think the right thing fast enough.(once again,Oh I will overpower him with my brute physical abilities!")
This leads us to professor X coming up with a quick way to kill superman before superman even realizes what he has flown into.
End result. One dead man of steel.
This other person probably won't do much better.
Damn, man you must think professor x is a push over.
Hell, he'll devise a way to deal with superman without this new power, with these uber powers, he destroys all.

You list a scenario in which Charles just basically kills Superman with no effort at all that so wouldn't happen he knows how to deal with telepaths and I think he might just remember Thor's hammer realizing it's magic and get backup. There is no way he'll take DC there are people like Firestorm, Captain Atom Green Lantern,etc this whole thread is basically Thor, Charles and Juggs vs DC sure they'll be on amped levels but it's all of DC he loses.
If DC could survive Imperiex, they definitely beat Chuck/Thor/Juggs. Come on guys.
I seriously hate these 1 man vs. DC/Marvel Earth threads. Here you go. Every magical being channels their power to Captain Marvel again. Since he was on par with The Spectre, he takes out this telepathic and more durable version of Thor.

Too true I hate them to I love both marvel and DC but, honestly DC just has a higher power scale. Though marvel is catching up one person please and just wait until "THE CHANGE" it'll put DC once again at the top of the comic book food chain.
