if thanos doesnt have any enhancements, i still dont think he has what it takes to nullify the destroyer... i dont think he has sufficient mystical knowledge to do anything to the destroyer. eventually even thanos falls to its might. unless you give thanos his precious "prep" time, in which he would still need some kind of outside influence *ig, infinity guantlet* to take down the destroyer.
