Freedom Fighters- Human Bomb, Uncle Sam, Phantom Lady, The Ray, Damage, Black Condor.

VS

New Avengers- Spiderman, Luke Cage, Wolverine, Ironman, Spiderwoman, Captin America.

I think the Freedom fighters take this

I SEVERELY doubt it. Only the Ray, Damage, and Uncle Sam (he's unkillable. As long as the American Spirit exists...) survived. And it's not like they had much a chance. Hell the JLA would probably lose too.
