Thing, in one punch. Thing currently is a low-level Class 100. Bishop nearly got knocked out by a friendly TAP on the back by Mortal Herc when Mortal Herc was only Class 75. So imagine what a punch would do to him.
Well, lemme ask u, does a NYC Apartment building weigh more than 100 tons? cuz the Thing once lifted one out of it's roots and slammed it on Power Man (now known as Luke Cage)

yeahbut the amount of energy Bishop can release....and its pure energy like Cyclops blast is pure force and the types...he can release an array of siggys against his enemy.
If they're toe to toe Bishop has some explaining to do, however if they're at a distance Bishop tears down Mt. Rushmore!

Maybe if he had enough energy stored. Or used nearby power lines to stock up like he did that time he took down Juggenaut (granted Juggernaut was extremely weak at the time).
seeing how thing has wocked throu scots blast I do not see it beign a problem if they are far away from eachother bishop energy is not more powersful then scots.
