Nappa
Vegeta (Circa before his death on Namek)
Kui
Dodoria
Zarbon
Ginyu Force
Garlic Jr. and his minions
Freiza
Kold
Kooler
Androids 13,14,15,16,17,19,20
Super Perfect Cell
Dabura
and Majin Vegeta.

Lobo has all his weapons and tools, he is also at his Uberst most powerful form.

*Note: I do indeed still hate DBZ, but if it's going to be on here, I may as well use the crap.

The entire Idea of blowing up a galaxy is silly as well.

Do you have any idea how long it would take ANYTHING to travel from the center to the edges of a galaxy.
