Juggs is the main problem here.
Hulk will get put down Psychically by a combined attack from Cable and X-Man.
Hercules is powerful but will be outnumbered and outmaneuvered.
I can't really think of anyway for these guys to beat Juggs though. They need some magic on their side.

Add Namor Captain Britain and Wolverine. But no mind attacks but Xman can do the Mind Battle suit and Cable can have all his armament

You just reminded me of something. The teams will win, because of their telepaths.
Juggy is just as vulnerable to telepathy as Mindless Hulk, and it ain't that hard to get his helmet off. Cable will own them.

If there are no mind attacks the teams don't even have a chance.
It's all or nothing at all. If they can use telepathy, they win. If not, they lose.
