Since King Kong doesn't have anywhere near the mass, durability or strength, and certainly not the atomic breath, of Godzilla (1962's KK vs G doesn't count, IMO -- go by the original movies), Hulk has a far better chance of defeating someone who, in a sense, is just a bigger version of himself, only hairier, even less articulate and w/o the angrier-begets-stronger feature.
Kong's only advantages: doesn't need pants, and better with the babes.
