If Sentry can take out Black Adam, I think the New Avengers can take it. The consensus seems to be that for once, a DC character is weaker than a Marvel character and Iron Man could take Steel.
However, with so many street level characters, Booster Gold is going to be a huge threat with his force fields.

Frankly, I'd say whomever wins between Sentry and Black Adam could probably beat everyone else on the opposing team. IM or Steel might pull off an upset if their smart, but the huge power disparities within the ranks make this sort of a mismatch.
If this were points instaid of last-man-standing, I'd definitely give it to marvel. Better street guys, though Booster & Ralph's durability might prove me wrong.
