Is TOAA and the Presense the same being?

If not this opens a cosmic can of worms, this may suggest that Secret Wars Beyonder was one a "One Above All" aswell, in other words equal to the Presense and TOAA.

When you read the Beyonder's philosophy, it leads you to believe he was TOAA.

Apparently not .... All we know about the TOAA, is that Living Tribunal works for him .... for all we know he could be the original Beyonder/HOTU, or something with simillar powers.

P.S. What ever G.S. claims, he's not the phoenix force !
